Better Printer and Drivers

hi guys, i have two printers and im only wanting to use one. i have a HP PSC 1210 all in one. and a Lexmark x1240 all in one. wich would would you say is the better quality/ print quallity. and does anyone one know where i can get mac drivers for my GF comp? if i can only get drivers for one, that will be the one i use.
