Better video card or slower video card, and sataII HD?

I have 2 choices. either an ati x1950GT, or an ati x1900GT and a 160GB SATAII western digital HD with 16MB cache? what should i do?

So if you get the 1950 you gont get a HD but if you get the 1900 then you get the HD?

well how badly do you need the hard drive?

if you really need the extra storage space then got with the 1900 and the HD but if you dont then go with the 1950.
