You have to look at the cost first, two 8800GTS in SLI config should be better than a single, but at that price range I think you are better off getting a 1GB 8800GTX.

I was thinking of getting one later but if it's not that much better I would jest get one 640 MB now

I think you should hold off getting any DX10 card, prices will nose dive when the ATi line-up comes out.
