BF 2142 Acting up!

BF 2142 Acting up! **Screen Shot (56k beware)**

Ok so when i play titan, when i go into the little ramp/stair area, to go "downstaris" my screen goees black and all i can see is the minimap and my players gun.

I intstalled the new patch and it doesnt help(1.06)

Help plz.

as you can see im in the titans lower decks but have almost no video feed

im gonna mess around with my video settings a little bit and see what happens.

I have a ATI x1400.

i did, i belive, i dont know about directX it got updates with BF 2142.

im going to get a screen shot up as soon as possible...

Ok, I just ran into the same problem. Apparently the game didn't like the my video settings. Just try adjusting some of the video settings and see if it works, that's what I had to do.

i will try that right now. im guessing its because i have catalyst bypass all my in game settings to the ones that i set.. mabye a software compatibility issue? lemme try that.

ok, so i changed my video settings and it fixed the titan thing, but now my world looks all mess up lol.. im losing faith in EA.
 
Is this a problem on just that one map? If so, I would think that it's more of a compatability issue with that one map...

Bugger, do you know what Drivers are installed on your laptop for your graphics at the min ?

EDIT: ok try to download them here. Its Dells official site, if that don`t work then i havnt got a clue.
