bf2, battlerecorder?

i play bf2 alot and i would like to record my games. but i dont get this whole battlerecorder thing. i dont get how to use it and how to see the game after. and would it be possible to watch it a qucktime video?
 
battlerecorder is up to the server admin to have on/off. most servers dont utilize this function, and if they do, they dont let you d/l the recording :\
i know there is a way to record exactly what you see, but im not sure about how to get all the cameras and what not w/o battlerecorder.
 
do you mean what can YOU do? or what can the admins do?

you can watch it, see what you did wrong/right, see other ppls tactics, etc.

admins watch to look for hacks, exploits, and sometimes do all ^that stuff too.
