According to http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/, my connection speed is at 5 megabits per second. Yet, I get a "There's a problem with your internet connection" message every few minutes when playing BF2, regardless of the server. I have no problems with any other software that requires an internet connection and can steadily download files at 600kbps. I've already applied the v1.02 patch and have reinstalled Windows recently (not because of the game)... still no luck. Also, other than an antivirus program, everything is shut down including my firewall when playing BF2. Anyone have any solutions?

That is most likely the problem. A firewall of somesort. Turn it off when you play, and see what happens.j0hn00 said:
