Ok so heres the thing, I have a bfg 6600 agp card. I had windows XP, when it was XP I would get corrupted graphics no mater what drivers I used. Now I do meet the requirements for this card, ram cpu power supply etc...Now this was caused because my MB ASUS has a onboard SIS Card and the 6600 have conflicts with it as I was told on the Nvidia forum (even if you disable it) The only way to fix that problem was to uncheck enable write cache in the trouble shoot menu. Now that I upgraded to Windows Vista, I have installed the lasted drivers for the 6600. Now in Vista in the troubleshoot menu it will not let me chose or change any options for the card *Your current display drivers does not allow changes made to the hardware acceleration settings* So this means I cant disable write cache on the card so it means I'm stuck with corrupted graphics. Is there another way I can disable the write cache on Vista? I dont want to buy a new card for this PC when it works fine
