Big Problem...need Help!!!!

Okay I got the computer running with no temperature errors at all. The temperature is constant around 95 degrees for the CPU and 75 for the CPU with no random shutdowns or anything.

Now the problem is that when I try to boot up the computer (or try to install Windows) it gives me the error code "Reboot and select proper device or Insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key"

What does this mean and how am I supposed to get past this in order to install Windows?

Go into your bios and check boot order, it should be set to floppy > CD > Harddrive (atleast CD ALWAYS in front of harddrive).
