Big problem, not sure what.

Seeing as this is my first time on the forums, hello. I'm Harry.

The problem I have:

The first noticeable thing is that my computer is now much slower.
Also, another thing I noticed is that MSN will not sign in, it will just not respond after about 20 seconds.
My computer, Control Panel, will not open.
Finally, when I go t shutdown my computer, everything seems to magically work as it was before, but I cannot use control panel or anything like it. The only thing I can use it MSN (whilst SPAMfighter doesnt close down).

I'm sorry, but I could not use MalwareBytes as it would not start up, I downloaded it, but it would not execute.
And again, I could not downlod HijackThis, the page would not respond.

I appreciate all possible help.

Update: I have managed to download HJT, but it will not do anything when I click the icon. (Same as MalwareBytes)

Download and Run ComboFix
If you already have Combofix, please delete this copy and download it again as it's being updated regularly.

• Download this file from one of the three below listed places :
  
  http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
  http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
  http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe
  
• Then double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

In your next reply i will need:

• The ComboFix log
• A HiJackThis log
• An update on how your computer is running
