Big Problem~!

there is a big problem on my computer
when it is booting
the screen flash crazily
it flash at the startup screen,bios screen and some full-screen programme
but it doesn't flash at window and dos screen
what's the problem,how can i solve it


I am using Window XP Pro.
intel E865PERL motherboard
a Geforce3 Fx5200 3D card

I think it may be the refresh rates of the monitor..

what do you mean by flashing crazily?

sometimes the monitor flashes between and in screen while loading
