bin to iso

I've just download this Windows xp pro coporate edition English version. Sadly, I need to extract it from a bin file format. Does anyone know a free software where I can do that?
Anyway, I'm not too clear about all these bin...iso..file crap yet. All I want to do now is just burn it onto a CD so I can use it now and later. So any suggestions?
 
anyway, let's just say you are not going to help me. But even though it's illegal, why would they distribute a file such as that on the net. I mean there's got to be a reason for the sake of convenience.
 
lol, some people just can't take a hint,
but there are plenty of places that will help you, try searching

Actually, for my second last post, all I was asking was why would the person who uploaded the illegal file put it in a format that's going to be hard to extract? That's all I want to know right now.

.bin is probably a popular file format for some people, and may just be the one easiest for the person to create
