Bios Flash Problems

i made a cd to flash my bios and followed the directions here:http://www.biosflash.com/e/bios-boot-cd.htm and when i go through the steps to start the flash i get a filerom id incorrect message and it wont flash. I am flashing using a cd since i dont have a floppy drive.

Any one have a better method of flashing using a CD.

firstly if there is no problem with your pc dont flash the bios (if its not broke dont fix it}
secondly flashing the bios always makes me sweat because if it goes wrong you end up with all sorts of problems, having said that you will need to post what mobo you have ,and if you are having a problem with your pc what that is as well.

i flashed my p5nsli only becaue the default bios did not reconize a core2duo... so I used a program from asus that i flashed in windows xp... worked great
