BIOS Flash

I'm trying to flask he BIOS on an Asus socket 370 MEB-VM motherboard and I have the BIOS upgrade on a floppy. I'm not exactly sure how to do it, so I booted the computer with the floppy in. It booted from floppy and said that the NTLOADER or something like that couldn't be found. So I tried opening the BIOS upgrade on the floppy in Windows (ME) and the command prompt came up and said " ERROR! Cannot find system BIOS' hook." I realized that I had no idea how to flash a BIOS. Any help?

Thanks:)

What would I do with that motherboard?

I would put the maximum RAM (512 mb), backup and format the harddrive and do a clean install of Xp pro sp2, and then if it works fine, I'll forget about the Bios...

Too bad I don't have money...

just go try to find another bios update... and if you mess up when flashing the bios somtimes it jacks the flash chip up and u will have to ethier get a new flash chip for a mobo exactly like that one, or a new mobo...

EDIT: and i like to flash the bios from a CD, go to bootdisk.com and theyll tell u how to that..
