BIOS Loading Problem

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice they could give me.

I am having real trouble locating the issues on this acer given to me to look at, it keeps freezing on the start up screen I have attempted to access the BIOS by selecting delete and attempted to access the boot menu through F12 I don't believe the board is picking up the keyboard.

I tried removing the ram and adding it in stick by stick but still nothing. I know the BIOS is working as I removed all RAM and got the BIOS Beep.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

what exactly happens when you start the machine, do you get anything on screen at all.

Is this a usb keyboard? Try a ps/2 type keyboard, most likely you don't have usb keyboard/mouse enabled in the bios and thats why you can't access the bios.
