bios or no bios?

standard bios menu appears only once after i save the setting it never show up or allow me an option to get in again unless i clear the cmos is it not real bios i'm afraid not ami or award which is suppose to be ami there is a program to flash it tho i wanted to know does it mean it has no ami bios flashed?

I had once a computer that didn't have the option to get into BIOS (no "press DEL to enter BIOS" or something like that). I managed to get in by keeping a couple of keys pressed during bootup. Then a message appeared, saying something like that there's a keyboard error, press F1 to continue or press ??? to enter BIOS.
You can find out what bios is on the mobo by running astra32.
