BIOS problem?

unless this isnt how u go to bios to oc. When i start up my computer it says press "tab" for BIOS posr message and i press tab and it does nothing it just continues to load up to my desktop. Is this how i do it or is there some other way?

to OC through the BIOS u press delete or whatever butten it is on your MOBO to enter BIOS setup .

alright i did that and it brought me to my bios setup but it wouldnt let me overclock it says maximum multiplier 13.5x and its at that? I dont get it.

i just downloaded the Manuel for your MOBO i think u just go to advanced then jumperfree configuration change AL overclocking to Manuel an change the FSB

i have the mobo manual right infront of me. and no i dont see frequency or voltage settings
