BIOS problem

Ok guys im new to the forum but, i just got a AMD opteron 175 (dual-core) socket 939 for christmas and im pretty sure im supposed to flash the BIOS to get it running properly b/c of the MOBO i have. i have never done this and would very much appreciate it if someone would walk me through it. thanx

Goto DFI website here and grab the WinFlash and the 6-23 update.
