Are you sure it was a bad flash? Unless you shut down in the middle it should be fine. Some motherboards have protection against bad flashes (your system specs and symtoms will be helpfull). Or you might just need to buy a new BIOS chip.

Before you do anything though, unplug the computer from the wall, turn off the PSU, and do a 10 minute BIOS clear.
