yea which newer mobos should have, id rather get the programmer for a few bucks more

Most non-OEM boards (ie. almost anything you buy at newegg) will have a BIOS recovery system so that you wont need one of these. If you have a removable BIOS you can flash it on any other PC with a removable BIOS. Look up bios hot flashing
