Bios tweaking

I am trying to get all the performance i can out of a new system, trying to tune the bios to it`s best, but i am not sure about the features below, by default they are all set to auto, but should they be enabled or disabled.

Seems they are all better disabled, at all auto got bench score of 687, with all enabled dropped to 683, with all disabled jumped to 703.
