On new egg it says it comes with a driver disk so im guessing its a cd

The BIOS is programmed into the motherboard through the CMOS. You can update, or flash the BIOS on a mobo using a floppy, CD, or a software program in Windows. Click here for the latest BIOS update for that mobo.

No, the BIOS does not come on a CD.
