Read the update. If it makes your computer faster or critical or security then i would.
If you have hardware that will not work and fix that problem then yes.
Read what the update does for you. If you want to rack a computer and burn the motherboard this is the way to do it if something goes wrong.
Do ya need the update and will it fix your problem.
