Bios?

I need to update my BIOS on my dfi lp sli-d mobo to be able to support the amd x2 processors. The directions are kinda confusing. http://www.dfi.com.tw/Support/mb_faq_us1.jsp?FAQ_ID=1180&PAGE_TYPE=US&SITE=US
I got confused when it got to step 6. Can anyone explain so i can uderstand

Hmmm that is kinda confusing...

I would imagine that A:\>[executable] [file name].bin /F

means,

A:\>name_of_exe.exe name_of_bin.bin /F

But i'm not too sure...

Google could have answered your question. But to answer you anyways, you know where you go to download new BIOS updates? (i.e. here) there's a link at bottom (i.e., here) for Winflash -- it also says in the manual what and how to use WinFlash
