try pressing F2 or DELETE

Well for mine it's DEL. It usually tells you when you boot up though. Could be F1, F2, or DEL.
If it's a toshiba laptop you hold down ESC while it boots.

if it doesnt say when, just press DEL like crazy when you start up.
