Bit of a problem after opening and cleaning case

I opeen'd up my case to do a bit of spring cleaning and becuase my grahics card seemed a bit noisy, when i finished cleaning it out i turned it back on and now it comes up with this message:

Drive 4 not found : Paralel ATA, PATA - 0 (PRI IDE Master)
Drive 5 not found : Paralel ATA, PATA - 1 (PRI IDE Slave)
Strike F1 key to continue, F2 to run setup.

if i continue the system starts up fine and nothing is wrong, but whats this all about?
