Bittorent?

I have been seeing alot of post about bittorent could anyone give me any info on it? I woluld like to know if it is a free program and if it is can you post a link where I can download it? How easy is it to use? Right now I am using limewire but I would like to find something thats faster!
 
I use BitLord, it's free and easy to use, it has a nice built in search too.
I think speed depends on how many people are sharing the file, but i had a 321kps download going last night.
 
Heyy yeah its free, but theres like different clients for it, BitTornado, BitComet, ABC, and more, but i think the best is Azureus, but go onto www.java.com, download and install it, and then search for Torrent sites in Google (looooads), if you dont want that just type in Google BitTorrent clients, its basiclly to download albums, movies, and Apps for free, but i download albums to preview then and go out and buy it, cuz i feel guilty them not getting any credit for it, which i think they do as they put alot of work in it, also with movies, so try those out if ya want.
