Black and White desktop on my TV monitor

Hello all,

Recently bought a used gaming computer that has GeForce 512 video card.
Using GeForce 512 s-video card, I connected it to my Sony TV. When I choose the TV as my monitor, my desktop shows as black and white on it. I used different s-video cables still black and white, I used diff TV still black and white. I changed the monitor and still black and white.

But I have another PC with a Radeon 128 s-video card and when I hook it up to the same TV (Sony), I can see the coloured Desktop on it.

Please advise, why my GeForce 512 video card not providing colored desktop on my TV.

More Info: My S-video card is nvidia that has both monitor and video plug. I use a single high quality s-video cable from s-video card to the back of my TV. What I see colored on my monitor becomes Black and White on the TV when I choose it.
