black and white wont start

iv tried installing and reinstalling, i have all the latest patches/updates for it and my video card it goes to the initial start up screen..that little box with the logo, it used to go from that into the game but now throws me back to desk top with no error message

specs are in Sig...maybe the dual core processor? been more trouble than its worth I'm afraid :(

oh yeah i forgot to mention, its only on the process list for a split second because it doesnt start up, iv mange to set it into on core with lightning reflexes lol but it did nothing! I'm stumped!

Well its most likely a driver issue. Try the newest driver for your Geforce, if you already have them, try one older revision.

I haven't a clue why you guys post this crap. He wants to play Black and White, Apparently not B&W 2. He did not ask for game suggestions. Sheeeeeeeesh.

Sorry I haven't a clue. If you tried the game with all versions (patches and no patches) and you've tried different versions of video drivers then I can see where you'd be stumped. Did you try a Google search to see if there was a problem due to your duel core.

Also for those of you that don't know the game. It's an older game but it's not that old. There are many people playing much older games then this :P.
 
Hehe my gf loves the game. :)

It runs fine on my dual core box.

lethalforce: Try and run the game in compatibility mode for 95/98, you never now.
 
ugh...i'm so mad...it wont work! i guess there absolutely nothing that can be done..iv done EVERYTHING! thanks to you all for your help...
