ok so i got this SYNAPS computer monitor that will not stay lit up. I turn it on and i comes up fin then it automatically goes black but the power light stays blue. it fails the flashlight test(no picture) and when i hook it up to my laptop and change graphic settings it comes up for two seconds then goes black again. any ideas?
