black ring that came with my case, what is it for?

I got my case in the other day, and in the screw bag there is a black ring that I can't figure out. I looked it up and it could be a ferrite choke, but it doesn't seem to have any magnetic properties. So, I am wondering what it could be, and what I use it for? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Probly a cable restraint. You might see it on the front panel cables behind the front panel.

just reread. How big is it? If it happens to be the perfect width for your screws, it is probably a washer

or, if it is a rubber-like material, it could be for putting on the feet of your computer so they don't scratch the flooring and for noise reduction

Ive had one of those on a case before,Wierd i know but its for wrapping the cables from your Case such as the Power on,HDD activity and reset button- inside and around if the cables are too long.

Thats what it was doing on mine anyway,Except it was not in a bag it already had the cables wrapped around the thing.

unusual but handy, i usually have to cable tie them, then tape them to the case floor
