Black screen after boot Presario F700

When I start the computer normally, it will boot windows and go to display the desktop, then the screen will go blank. When I start it in safe mode(as it is right now), there is no problem whatsoever.

This happened a maybe a week ago; I did a system restore(to previous version), and it worked fine for a few days. Now it is doing it once again.

Just wondering what it could possibly be or if anyone else has experienced this. I don't think it is a hardware issue since safe mode works fine...but not sure.
 
Most likely a windows update is causing this issue. Find out what updates are being installed figure out which one could be causing it or don't let windows update at all.
