I am having problems. I would like to revert PC back to orig. settings to fix but cannot do so. Turn on PC and black screen with white letters show up. Start in safe mode will not occur either.
What are the letters on the screen? We need more detail then what you are giving. Could be almost anything, even a bad hard drive or other piece of hardware.
