blackberry data plans, uk?

hey all what would everyone suggest for a data plan for my cousins blackberry?

It doesnt have to have the full money in terms of data etc, but just to get her started and what not.

She has £15 a month for it, and im basically looking for the best one out there for that amount of money.

Shes a massive facebook geek so i guess one that would allow her to surf to her hearts content, or there abouts

Any suggestions taken, i had a blackberry once and hated it so i have no clue about these things.

I am not sure what is the difference between ordinary data plan and blackberry data plan.
But Giffgaff goodybags is one of the thing you could consider.

My girlfriend is on giffgaff and they are really good, but iirc they dont do BB data plans yet, although they have said they will at some point.
