Blank Screen Mobo n' RAM compatibility?

Hey, I just got my GF rig set up last night but we have an issue with the RAM... I bought 4x1gb OCZ OCZ2G800R22GK and the monitor keeps on searching Analog/Digital connection causing a blank screen. After trying to use the OCZ I switched to my friends Crucial Ballistix 2x1gb which works and the monitor screen turns on. By any chance would you guys know whats causing the RAM issue? Even my friend Mobo had issue with it causing his OS to load then Crash Dump with the Blue Screen of Death. I've checked Gigbyte website and it say the OCZ OCZ2G800R22GK is compatible. Any ideas?

My GF Word proses/Coding n' Programing Computer(Non-Gaming):

Intel Q6600
Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R
4x1gb OCZ2G800R22GK (causing the issue)
8800GTX
Thermaltake 850w

I don't know... Whats the chance of 2 Exact sets of RAMS being bad... I got one Set from Newegg and another set from Fry's, and both are the Exact models.

One stick in either set could be bad. Try booting the computer with one stick at a time.

There are lot's more problems at stake here. RAM, GFX, hardware conflict, overheating, unsufficient PSU, dead motherboard... blah.
