Right guys yet another person suffering from this problem , now as some know this mouse and the company who makes it are known for their lack of support .

the mouse is usable but you see it has leds and programmable buttons, i ahve the program but it fails to find the mouse even though it works ill be it at a basic level, ive done so many searchs and have found nothing so i need your help the internet :)

Try updating the drivers from the manufacturers website.
 
Well I would either try restarting your computer, reinstalling the software or reinstalling the mouse if either of those don't work I would just return your mouse and get one from a trusted brand like Logitech.
Unless anyone else has any idea what to do.

the mouse is the only problem istead of installing a driver for the mouse it uses the generic one for corded mouses hence not being found by the program so the driver for the mouse itself is the problem =/
