Block Installation/Move/Delete on a Partition

I have dual-boot Windows XP and Windows 7 on my computer. When I am on Windows XP, I can see both Partitions. Windows XP's is (C: ) and Windows 7 is (E: ) How can I make it so that no one can install/move/delete anything in my Windows 7 Partition? Is there also a way to hide that Partition on Windows XP?

I want to block and if possible, hide the Windows 7 Partition on my Windows XP boot.

And still be able to access my Windows XP Partition while on my Windows 7 boot (which I can do atm).

It is because my dad and my little brother uses the Windows XP (my dad does not like Windows 7), and I don't want anything to happen to my Windows 7 Partition.

When in XP you can go into Disk Management, and Remove the Drive Letter of the Partition 7 is on. Then the Drive won't show in My Computer.

Another way is you can also hide Partitions with the MS program Tweakui.

C is always the drive letter of the OS currently running. Other drive letters are randomly assigned, but you can always change the drive letter yourself in disk management.
