Block unlicked SPAM on gmail

Hi.

Just yesterday or before yesterday I've took a competition just for a crack...

From there on, on my Mobile all the time people are calling with different stuff "Tesco card", "Gas" etc. and on my gmail starts going lots of spam. That is annoying. Wey, usually i got like 1/2 spams per about day. Now im getting 20 per 5 mins. I don't really want it because I just delete them all and i cannot be assed with it, and propably ill miss some e-mail which is accidently in the spam box...

Is there any way so i can stop that mail spam? maybe my e-mail is somewhere on the list for spamers and could i just delete it?

GMail has very good spam filters. Make sure that you go through and mark all your spam as spam, and gmail should start filtering it directly into your spam folder.

You should see my gmail account...full of spam and it was not in the spam folder!

google has let their mail go!
