Blogspot.com Display In Firefox and Opera

Please can you view this for My problem

Basically I want the left orange dotted bar to be moved along a bit so opera and IE see the same blog appearance as I do when I use firefox.

In the link you can see 2 screenshots of what I mean.

Please someone help.
