Blu-Ray Video Card Driver issue

Hey i just put a LiteOn blu-ray drive in my computer and when i tried to play a movie an error said my display driver was incompatible i have an XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog edition and im not using the driver that came with the card. If I reinstall those drivers would that solve the problem? or is there a different blu-ray player I can download? Any helps welcome lol

yeah it is important to install drivers for all hardware, go to nvidia.com and download the lastest drivers, you may need software that supports blu-ray.
