Blue screen comes up with error STOP 0x0000009c need help

Im sure someones musta seen this before i have this problem this blue screen pops up occasionally and my computer crashes and says some stuff then says stop error 0x0000009c it says its either hardware problem or software .. well thats a great help from microsoft does anyone know wat spesific problem this is i also get 0x0000007a i think it maybe related 2 ram .. problems
 
0X7A is usually caused by bad RAM. 0x9C can be memory related as well. Try running memtest or replacing your RAM if you have spare RAM available.
 
thanks i thought it was related 2 bad ram, i dont have any spear ram but i will run a memory test on it soon. is there any way i can fix the ram if it is bad?? i dont really want 2 buy new ram. It runs around 50 degrees C .. i dont think thats a safe temp for ram(but its stock and i cant lower it) Cause my temperture reading program says its at a high tempture
 
What program monitors your RAM temperature? I've not seen modules that have sensors on them. Unless you put your own on, you might be seeing the motherboard temperature
 
Oh sorry my mistake yea it is motherboard now i look at it closer Its jst got initials of MB so i thought megabyes and then somehow lead 2 memory but anyways is 46 degrees C bad for system? its red and warning me its at high tempture?? this is a A8n32 sli deluxe board
 
Most any PC3200 is pretty good, I'm not sure where you can pick stuff up for good prices in new zealand. Corsair and OCz are usually popular, but other brands are good as well (like Patriot, Crucial, Kingston, Mushkin, etc)
