I am guessing hardware since that what it usually is. Could it be if I tried to install a booster for my graphics card and it crashed? Or...

but what is that about win32k.sys?

well some people have said this one is about Ram or GPU, i think it is to do with GPU, io have dell, and this message pops up every now and then, although started to show up more when installed two new Ram sticks, but really it i blamed my GPU, which the driver for failed many times.
So few things, Driver corrupt, driver not being a "bad boy" and ennoying Windows, many other things. you could try installing latest version of your GPU driver or earlier versions, depend on which one you have.
i think that booster was installed by windows if not then you might want to reinstall, and install one availabe from windows update, which should work better.

The booster I was trying is for my GMA crappy integrated graphics card. Supposedly it was built to go faster and this would fix that. But obviously not. Needless to say, it has already been uninstalled.
