hey i just recently got a dell inspiron 6400. and i am getting blue screen errors. saying "windows has been shut down to prevent damage if problem persist plz uninstall new soft software, if prob continues plz updated video driver, disable shadowing and caching(in bios). i updated my video i checked all new software, and deleted software i do not need. i may have deleted some things from add/remove and i may have deleted something important...
my friend tells me it could be windows registry could have been deleted, but i dont no. we repaired windows with the cd and didnt seem to help. could bear share have affected it? i did all i could and no improvement dell is horrible at help and sudjested that it may be software and couldnt help me any more.
