Blue Screen - Help Please

My girlfriend's computer keeps giving her the BSOD. First thing I told her to do was check for virus and malware. Malware bytes removed like 3 instances but still the BSOD continues. So then we ran memtest and seatools. Memtest checked out ok but seatools corrected a damaged sector. I thought surely this would fix the problem, but after some time it continued to blue screen. It does this a few times a week. I've attached a screen shot of the actual blue screen so maybe one of you experts can make sense of this and set me in the right direction to correct this problem.

Have you tried updating all the drivers? What operating system and service pack is installed?
