blue screen help

Hi,

I've been recently ( last 2 weeks ) getting the blue screen randomly.

Stop code: 0x00000003B (0x00000000C0000005, 0xFFFFF8000343259D, 0xFFFFF8800BF65F60, 0x00000000000000)

How can I resolve this issue?

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Your crash is relating to a Realtek Network Driver, your ethernet port most likely. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers for starters.
 
Those drivers are outdated. Go into device manager and right click on the realtek network adapter and click on properties, then click on the details tab, change the property to hardware ID and then give me the 4 digit device ID number. It will look like this dev_xxxx where x is 4 alphanumeric digits.

A few days I got another bsod, but with a new stop error. Lately it seems my computer had been working harder...its 4 years old..time to upgrade parts? Here is my scanned information:

Try reinstall the new latest mobo chipset driver first and follow by a reboot.
This can help to get a more stable system platform for all other devices to work on.
Then install the new latest network card driver again.
