Blue Screen of Death help plz! BSOD

OK. i got a few bsod and then suddenly am getting them very frequently. i got it about 5 times or so this morning. i have not installed new hardware, have had the same config for ages w/no probs. i have xp sp3 installed. no probs for long time 2. i get different messages at different times. i have gotten inpage error and others 2. one time i took a picture of it and i will post a URL for the the picture 2 hopefully . i really do not want to format as i have done it not long ago. any help will be much appriciated. thanx
