Blue Screen of Death?

Well I formatted my computer again into Windows Xp Professional SP3 with all the newest updates and everything than I install my Wireless Adapter and than I got the blue screen of death!

Errors: inql_not_less_or_equal, page-fault something not sure what it was

and there was one with the word crucial in it and some other ones too! What should I do?
 
White slots are PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect)
Black slots are PCI-E (Peripheral Component Interconnect-Express)
Brown slots are AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port)

If the adapter is locked into a white port, than that's the only one it will fit in.
 
I think its in a black one ill check later

edit: I just check its on a brown slot and its the only brown slot with a white thingy beside it like the ram thingy hold it together and there are like 4 white slots!

Hmm... I'm a little confused here... I might have jumped to conclusions when I said another PCI slot. Is this thing USB or PCI? Regardless, find another slot it'll fit in.

If it is PCI and you still are unsure of which slot to put it in, could you perhaps get a photo of the board/slots or maybe tell us the make/model of the computer or motherboard?
