Blue screen of death

hi, I got problem with my toshiba laptop running with windows vista
around 2 days ago i plugged-in my maxtor external hard drive and the BSOD suddenly appeared and my laptop keep restarted over and over again.

I attached some picture for the BSOD.

after one day I left it without action, another blue screen appeared like this.

any suggestions?
i feel very stressed with this kinda situation.. --"

Considering we can't see what the blue screen says, its hard to tell you what to do. Have you disconnected the external drive to see if it works correctly?
