Blue Screen of Death

I put in WD MYBOOKLIVE which is a network drive and I got a Blue screen. I also get it if I put in a Logitech webcam which I really need. WD tech support said the drive has nothing to do with the Blue screen. I tried to read the DMP file by putting it into WORD but that didn't work. I don't know how to fix this problem, can anyone help. I have 3 screen shots that might help.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Acronis True Image

Yes I'm using Acronis True Image 2010 and that is causing the problem. I'm not sure what to do about it because I can't find tdrmp251 in my registry. I called tech support and they aren’t supporting 2010 and said to get 2013 which will fix the problem. They even have a trial and an upgrade. The problem is with 2013 they charge you for each computer unlike 2010. If I download the trial of 2013 it might work but if I upgrade then the file tdrmp251.sys might still be there. This is confusing to me so I might just uninstall 2010?
