Blue screen reboot

So I build my own desktop a few months ago.

I have just recently been encountering terrible things, within the last few weeks.

Every time I go on my computer (safe mode or not) after being on for a few minutes it will flash the blue screen of death for about 3 seconds and then reboots. I set it up so it didnt restart so i managed to get the technical issue number which is as follows:

STOP: 0x0000007F (0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000080050031, 0x00000000000006F8, 0xFFFFF80001EE362E)

So if that helps or if you need any other information from me I will post it.
I have no idea how to fix this or where it came from.

I am desperately searching to save my computer so if anyone can help me out, or if anyone knows of a solution to this, please let me know.

Thanks

Unfortunately that error code means nothing to me, though Windopes support might be able to tell you what it is.

Try going into the bios when you boot. Leave it there for a while. If no problems surface, that at least eliminates some possibilities. While you are in there check all your settings. What OS are you running ? Some OSs require different settings depending on what kind of hardware you are using. i.e. XP requires different settings from Vista and WIN 7 when using SATA drives.

Most likely cause is memory problems. Try removing and then replacing the memory and see if the blue screens continue. You can download and run memtest and it will test the memory for errors.
