I ioaz10 New Member Aug 2, 2007 #1 I am troubleshooting my XP computer. Is it normal for it to read 1023MB available 1024MB total RAM?
Crimsonite New Member Aug 2, 2007 #2 That is normal. The 1MB is allocated for Windows' Kernel files. When you're actually inside Windows, it usually takes up 22MB~35MB.
